Enforcement watch: Jan 2026: AG Dave Yost sued G3 Solar (Utah) in Franklin County Common Pleas — alleged high-pressure sales, promised savings that didn't materialize (underproducing systems), misleading 20–30 year financing and federal tax-credit claims; some victims were elderly with little income. Earlier: AG suit against Pink Energy (f/k/a PowerHome Solar) under the CSPA and Home Solicitation Sales Act (124+ consumer complaints; company later shut down).

Not legal advice. This tool provides general information based on state statutes and the FTC Cooling-Off Rule as of October 2026. Laws change and every contract is different. For advice about your specific situation, talk to a consumer attorney or your state attorney general's office. We can't promise you can cancel — nobody can. What we do: tell you where the cancellation windows are, and what to do when they're closed.
